Michelle has been practicing various types of yoga for over 20 years. After she attended her first Kaiut Yoga class in 2018 and she knew she had found her next path of study. She completed several intensive trainings in 2019 with the creator of the method, Francisco Kaiut, and began teaching.

Michelle began her teaching career in 1995 working with 2nd and 3rd graders and then transitioned to implementing large software conversion trainings online for several companies. That was when she realized that her passion was helping adults to learn new concepts to improve their personal and work lives. Her background in education paired with your many hours training with Francisco Kaiut has been a perfect fit for her passion of helping others of all ages.

Michelle has lived in Boulder, Colorado for over 20 years on her small farmette with her husband Matt, and two kids. In addition to her yoga practice she is a Colorado Master Gardener and she loves spending time cooking, traveling, dancing, and spending time with her family.

Michelle brings her love of teaching coupled with her deep understanding of the Kaiut Yoga Method to create classes that are truly accessible for every body.
