Every class is tailored to each student’s needs, while creating a unique healing environment for students to explore their own yoga practice. All ages and body types are welcome and encouraged for this nourishing yet simple yoga method.

In just weeks, Michelle’s Kaiut classes began healing sports injuries that I’ve had for years. Now I’ve been doing her classes for months, and it’s amazing how within minutes of starting a class I can tune into my body and begin to reset my nervous system. The result often lasts for days. Michelle has a special talent for tuning in to each of her student’s unique body structure. I’m hooked!
